2-week access to Momentum Fitness’s Online Coaching Program, including a personalized workout plan, nutritional guidance, and 24-hour-a-day access to their personal trainer, every day of the week. Workout and diet plans are renewed every 4 weeks. Adjustments are continually made as necessary. Clients will receive text messages and other accountability reviews at the discretion of the client and personal trainer. Access to a once-weekly Zoom meeting on current evidence-based practices for exercise and nutrition.
